Frequency
How often should your premises be cleaned?
That depends on the number of people, the number of visitors and whether there’s a kitchen or canteen. A guideline:

We walk through your premises together and note the rooms, how they’re used and what matters to you.

You receive a task list per room with the frequency. You can adjust it before we start.

We agree when we come and how we get in: key, badge, alarm code.

We regularly check the work on site against the task list. We act on comments quickly.
FAQ
Questions about business cleaning
Do I need to be there when you clean?
No. If it suits you better that we come when the premises are available, we agree access in advance: key, badge and alarm code. We keep track of who has access.
Can we change the task list later?
Yes. If something changes in your premises or how you use it, we update the task list. If that changes the price, we tell you beforehand.
Can you also do a one-off deep clean?
Yes, for example for a move, after an event or as the start of a regular arrangement. After building work, we do a post-renovation clean.
Can window cleaning and business cleaning be combined?
Yes. We then put both in one schedule. Outside windows are usually cleaned less often than the premises.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell us straight away and we’ll look at it together. Alpha Facility has civil liability insurance with cover up to €2.5 million, subject to the terms and exclusions of the policy.
