FAQ
Questions about move-out cleaning
When is the best time to schedule the clean?
Once the space is empty, and preferably a few days before the inspection or key handover. That leaves time if anything extra is needed.
Does the home need to be completely empty?
That’s best, because then we can reach everywhere. If some furniture stays, we tell you in advance what is and isn’t possible.
Will I definitely get my rental deposit back?
We can’t promise that. The check-out inspection looks at the whole condition of the home, including damage and wear. We make sure cleanliness isn’t an issue.
Do you also work for landlords and estate agents?
Yes. Between two tenants or before a sale, we get the home ready. If it happens regularly, we set up fixed arrangements.
