Founded in Kortenberg by Simina and Aurelian, Alpha Facility builds on years of practical experience at CS Cleaning Services, the local cleaning business where our story began. Today, we bring that experience and an organised team to cleaning for your home and your business.
Personal service, organised around you
Before Alpha Facility, there was CS Cleaning Services: a local cleaning business where Simina and Aurelian worked hands-on and built close relationships with clients. Over the years, that work developed into a team with agreed tasks, coordinated schedules and regular quality checks.
Alongside household help with service vouchers, CS Cleaning Services also carried out professional cleaning and window cleaning. In 2026, Simina and Aurelian founded Alpha Facility to give those activities their own dedicated company, building on the experience and working methods developed at CS Cleaning Services.
Today, CS Cleaning Services focuses on households and people who need a helping hand at home, through service vouchers. Alpha Facility specialises in cleaning and window cleaning for homes and businesses, using tested professional cleaning products and equipment, with services, scheduling and efficient working methods tailored to your needs.
Our approach remains personal. Whether you need help with your home or cleaning planned around your business, we agree on what needs to be done and organise the team to deliver it.
