Construction dust and paint, adhesive or cement residues need a targeted approach. We work from top to bottom and choose methods suited to the dirt and surface.
We agree which rooms and residues to treat beforehand, helping prepare your home or building for use.

We look at the space, preferably on site. For smaller jobs, photos may be enough.

You receive a fixed price and we schedule the clean after the last works.

We work from top to bottom and from back to front, room by room.

Walk-through
We walk through the space with you. If you spot anything, we do it on the spot.
FAQ
Questions about post-renovation cleaning
When is the best time to schedule the clean?
When all works are finished, including the painter and the floor layer. If work continues afterwards, the dust comes back. Tell us the expected end date and we’ll reserve a slot.
How long does a post-renovation clean take?
That depends on the floor area, the amount of glass and the condition of the space. In the quote we tell you how much time we plan.
Can you take over the regular cleaning afterwards?
Yes. Many businesses have us do the office cleaning straight after. Then we already know the building.
