No. The visit and the quote are free and without obligation.

Based on the task list: the floor area, the number of rooms, what needs to be done and how often. For window cleaning, the number of windows, their height and access also count. We don’t give a price without knowing the building, so you don’t get surprises later.

Yes, for regular or one-off home cleaning, window cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and post-renovation cleaning. You pay by invoice. Household help with service vouchers is provided by CS Cleaning Services.

We decide that together, around your operations: before opening, during working hours or after closing.

No. We agree in advance how we get in: key, badge, alarm code. We keep track of who has access and handle keys and codes with care.

We bring our own cleaning equipment and products. We choose them carefully in consultation with industry suppliers, taking industry standards and the surfaces to be cleaned into account.

We regularly come on site and go through the task list. Anything that isn’t right, we correct straight away.

We’re happy to do one-off jobs, for example after an event, a move or a renovation. How soon we can come depends on our schedule at the time.

We decide, after the visit. Traditional with applicator and squeegee for inside windows, shop fronts and details; pure water with telescopic brushes for high windows and façades. More on the window cleaning page.

With our pure-water pole system, we clean windows up to 12 metres high from the ground, where access and site conditions allow. This offers safer working conditions for our window cleaners and spotless results for you, without extra costs for access equipment. For taller or difficult-to-reach windows, we assess the options and any additional costs with you in advance.

Alpha Facility has civil liability insurance with cover up to €2.5 million, subject to the terms and exclusions of the policy.
